Game Conflict Request Information
We will do everything we can to help with game conflicts that effect players and coaches.
However, there are four important things to do when reporting a game conflict.
#1 Definition of a conflict: A conflict is NOT the same as a Potential conflict.
A conflict only occurs when both of your teams are done playing for that day and your next day’s games are in conflict.
#2 We need the information in the following way so that we can process it quickly.
  1. Team Names
  2. Age & Division
  3. Bracket Title
  4. Courts and Time of both games
  5. What the conflict is
#3 We need conflicts reported as soon as possible to insure you getting the best results.
#4 All conflicts MUST be reported by 8pm the night before the scheduled games.
