Event Specific Team & Player Fees-

NCHBC 2025 Event Fee Structure:

Early Bird Team Discount Initial Deadline- Register & Deposit by September 3rd, 2024

PLAYER FEES: Early Bird Discount

  • Regionals: $20**- Player Fee

Family Discount on Player Feesā€”For families with more than three players, contact nchbchomeschoolnationals@gmail.com for a family rate.

Deadline:Ā The Early Bird Player Fees above are based onĀ Players Registering by November 30th or the day before their team’s first game,Ā whichever comes later. Add a minimum of $10 per player per event for Registrations after November (or after the team’s first game), whichever comes later.

2025 NCHBC EVENT FEE Structure: Early Bird Discount Pricing- (Deadline- September 3rd)

Post Early Bird Cost- add $100 per team per event. On September 4th, $100 per team per event will be added to the team fees.

    **    On September 4th, the team fees will be increased by $100 per team per event.

Payments are non-refundable; however, they are transferable for up to one year. This year’s invoices can also be paid directly by card through this form. If an organization makes a deposit on 13 teams and only 12 make, the deposits made on the team that did not make are transferable.

  • AĀ $100 Deposit per team per event is dueĀ to complete registration.
  • An additional $100 Deposit per team per event will be due on October 15th
  • Districts full team fee is due by November 15th (In 2023-24, it was due October 15th)
  • Regionals full team invoice will be sent January 1st (In 2022-23, it was due October 15th)
  • Nationals full team payment will be due January 15th (In 2022-23, it was due October 15th)

Gate/Tickets are required for all attendees except players & 2 coaches per team (organizations with five teams will receive ten coaches passes to distribute within their program.)

The NCHC has a strict No Refund Policy.

Brackets & Opening Day Game Times: You can expect to know your age group’s earliest start time for the opening day seven (7) days before the event. Brackets are released no later than Monday before events that begin on Thursday, Tuesday for events beginning on Friday, and Friday for events that begin on Monday.

Seeding: All Coaches will have an opportunity to fill out a seeding form and share input during the multi-step seeding process.
Late Fee: A $50 late fee will be added to any team fees that are not paid in full 30 days before the event’s start date.
NCHBC Midwest Cancellation Policy/Notice: Any team that cancels with a 30-day notice will receive a credit for any payments made, which will be good for any event the following year. However, any late cancelations (within 30 days of the event) will forfeit any payments made, and if they have not yet paid, they will receive an invoice. Late cancellations are treated the same as if the team attended the event. We have no desire to make a team pay for an event they didnā€™t attend, however we need proper notice for brackets, refereeā€™s, gyms, trophies, etc.
