During the 2014-15 season the Nationals EAB received 86 votes (of 87) in favor of making National HomeSchool Basketball Championships (NCHBC) Post Season Events an Invitational. Invitations are not based on a program/teams talent, but are in place to assure programs eligibility. On August 1st Registration will officially open, at which point programs extended an invitation will be emailed their authorization code.
This means that all teams planning on attending an NCHBC 2016 Post Season Event (Regionals or Nationals) will need to first request in official Invitation.
Additionally any new programs will need join the National HomeSchool Basketball Association (NHBA.) If your program has attended NCHBC post season events in the past you were already a member of the NHBA, however we are requiring that all NCHBC 2016 Post Season participants renew their NHBA Membership, there is no fee for programs that have attended in the past it is a simple form to fill out.
